EXHIBITION GUIDELINES

Slot Allocation

The exhibition floor plan will follow a first contracted first served basis. The floor plan at the Events Center in Intercontinental Hotel, accomodates the following areas based on tier allocation as indicated in the legend.

Slot Sizes

Diamond 9m X 4m, Booth
Platinum 6m X 3m, Booth
Gold 4m X 3 m, Booth or 2 X 3.5m, 2.5 pop-up & 2 tables & 4 chairs
Exhibition 3m X 2m, shell scheme, counter, lighting

Setup Timings

Assembly on March 14, 2017 at 17:00
Dissemble on March 18, 2017 at 17:00

Exhibition Timings

Exhibition will run in parallel to the scientific program. It is recommended that company reps from sponsors are present at their booths during coffee breaks and registration timings every day.

Exhibitor Place

The exhibition area is located in Al Ras Ballrooms 1 & 2. All contractors need to use the service lobby elevator from the loading bay area on the side of the hotel in order to unload their material.

Compliance Terms

  • All built booths require approval of design by February 15, 2017.
  • Sponsors are required to fill in a security clearance and compliance form on behalf or by their third-party booth desginers/builders. The forms are provided by the venue in order to access the exhibition area
